Bzzzzzzzzzzz...SLURRRRP ! ... CHOMP ! .... Mmmmmm - crunchy flies.....
Life's easy for a frog - or so you thought. But what if those flies decided to get their own back..... ?
You've got to keep the frog happy for as long as possible, until the nasty little mosquito bites get the better of him.
Use an extractor program such as WinZip on the PC or Stuffit Expander (on the Mac) to get at the Bzzz files. Install the game by double-clicking the .prc file, which opens the Palm Install Tool program.
Use the HotSync button as usual to install the game onto your handheld. If you have a handheld with an expansion card, you can then move the game over to it. Do this before you register the game!
Now run Bzzz and tap the screen to play the game!

Introducing theHappy-o-meter : At the top of the game screen is a heart with a bar next to it. This is your happy-o-meter ! When you catch flies, you feel a little fuller, and just a little happier. When the flies bite or sting, you go sad for a while, which is shown as an unhappy faced frog with a downturned mouth, and a sudden dip in your happy-o-meter. If it reaches zero, you've got too sad to continue - its game over, and time to try the next lily-pad over, where the flies might not be so aggressive!
The controls couldn't be easier - tap on the screen where you'd like to shoot out your tongue to catch a fly! Aim just a little way ahead, and you should catch plenty! Beware, though, leave them too long on screen, and they'll turn angry, and dive bomb you! ( Knocking just a few points off your Happy-o-meter)
Catch all the flies on screen, and some more will bzzz in from the sides - smack your lips and get fly-catching!
Watch out for later levels - nasty wasps might drift in! Catch one of these, and you won't be able to recoil your tongue! It'll take a few seconds to unstick it - and those pesky flies will just jump at the chance to bite you when you're unarmed!
In Demo form, you can play 10 games of Bzzz for free, as you decide whether you like it or not. After these games are up, the program will display a short message reminding you to register each time you play!
If you beam a demo to someone else, and they also like the game, then they can register it either by purchasing a copy from a local store or by purchasing online.
Registering Online:
For those that like the speed and convenience of buying via the internet, when you register for the game, you'll get a code which will unlock the game and remain valid for future upgrades. Go to the web page at http://www.astraware.com/palm/bzzz/ for more details.
You'll need to know your HotSync ID which you can find by running Bzzz, opening into the menus, and selecting the 'Register...' option. Your HotSync ID
will be filled in for you below.
When you register, Astraware will generate a key based on your ID, which will normally be sent out by email within 48 hours of you registering.
When you receive your key, go to the same register option, and enter the key into the space provided.
