BUBBLE SHOOTER
Game has 4 game modes: Strategy, Arcade, Sniper and Marathon.
At the start of the game the top half of the board is filled with color
bubbles. The bubble that you will shoot with is in the center of the bottom
line. In the right bottom corner there are the points you have scored and
symbols (ST - strategy, AR - arcade, SN - sniper, MR - marathon , N - novice,
E - expert, M - master). Small bubbles at left show the number of misfires
allowed till a new line of bubbles pops up (for Strategy, Sniper, Marathon
games) and the time indicator for Arcade.
The shot is made by pointing the place where the bubble should go on the
board with the stylus.
The peculiarities of bubbles' flight
As these bubbles are soft and slippery, and are moving fast, a flying bubble
might not stick to another one if it touches it slightly. The flying
bubble intends to move as high as possible that's why it can sneak in between
other bubbles. In the panel OPTIONS you can determine the level of bubbles
sticking.
Score calculation
The points are calculated in the following way: 1 point for the first bubble
exploded, 2 points for the second one and so on. If you have blown up all
the bubbles of one color then: for the first bubble exploded - 2 points, for
the second one - 3 points and so on. For a bubble that fell apart as a result
of its neighbors' explosion you get twice as much points than for blown up
ones. In Marathon game - six points as much for gray bubble.
Bubbles advance
You are allowed a certain number of misfires till bubbles move down. The
number of misfires changes from maximum to one cyclically (the maximum is
different for different skill levels). That is, at first the maximum number
of misfires is provided, then maximum-1, maximum-2 and so on. The calculation
for Arcade game is similar, the only thing that differs is time restriction.
Misfires are of less importance.
Color shoot-out
If you shoot out all the bubbles of some color, say red, no more red bubbles
will appear on the board. This would ease things considerably. However, after
that every time you use up your silver balls, *two* new lines will appear.
Two colors out - three lines will be appearing, and so forth.
BUBBLE THRILLER
At the start of the game the board is filled with color bubbles. You can burst any bubble using stylus and all adjacent bubbles of the same color also burst. In the left bottom corner there is the counter of the misfires before the new portion of bubbles will be shot. In the right bottom corner there are the points you have scored and the symbol of the level (SQ - squares, HX - hexagons, BB - bubbles, N - novice, E - expert, M - master).
The peculiarities of bubbles' flight
All bubbles strive upward, until they stumble upon other bubbles or the
edge of the playing field. The bubbles in the games "Square" and "Hexagon"
strive strictly upward. In the game "Bubbles" - upward beginning from the
left edge of the line; that's why the feeling of random mixing appears sometimes,
this " coincidence" can be predicted, in general, after several games.
Score calculation
You receive 1 points for the first exploded bubble, for the second - 2,
for the third - 3 and so on. If you have blown up all the bubbles of one
color then: for the first bubble exploded - 2 points, for the second one
- 3 points and so on.
Misfires
If you burst less than three bubbles at once, the counter decreases by one,
when it becomes equal to zero - a new portion of bubbles is shot to the playing
field. The number of misfires cyclically varies from the maximum to one (the
maximum number depends on the level of the game). At the beginning a maximum
number of misfires is given to you, then the maximum number is - 1, then -
2, etc.
At higher skill levels the "soap machine" strictly punishes for the misfires. Especially at the MASTER level , where the a new portion of bubbles is shot after each misfire. You will have to apply all your energy while resisting the constant "pressure of the game".
Color shoot-out
If you shoot out all the bubbles of some color, say red, no more red bubbles
will appear on the board. This would ease things considerably, of course.
However, the number of shot bubbles increases, be attentive.
BUBBLE FLYTRIX
At the start of the game the line of the color bubbles appears at the left part of the field, there are color bubbles at the bottom. You can guide the piece of three (or two) bubbles which strives upward, using the keys. The key Date Book - to the left, Address - to the right, Page Down - rotate, Page Up - drop, ToDo List - to the up, MemoPad - Game Menu (and pause). You can change the keys in the window "Define Keys". Your score, game type (CL - columns, DS - deuse, TR - triad), skill level (N - novice, E - expert, M - master), and the next piece are shown at the right bottom corner. In the right top corner, there is a figure of misfires before the new lines appear.
The peculiarities of bubbles' flight
All bubbles strive upward, until they stumble upon other bubbles or the
edge of the playing field. In Triad Game bubbles strive
upward until they stumble upon two bubbles.
Score calculation
You receive 1 points for the first exploded bubble, for the second - 2,
for the third - 3 and so on. If you have blown up all the bubbles of one
color then: for the first bubble exploded - 2 points, for the second one
- 3 points and so on.
Misfires
If you burst less than three bubbles at once, the counter decreases by one,
when it becomes equal to zero - the sequential portion of bubbles is shot
to the playing field. The number of misfires cyclically varies from the maximum
to one (the maximum number depends on the level of the game). At the beginning
a maximum number of misfires is given to you, then the maximum number is -
1, then - 2, etc.
Color shoot-out

will appear on the board. This would ease things considerably, of course.
